Cooking food depends upon
the taste of the people. How a person likes to eat the food? Is
he/she likes to eat crispy, spicy foods or less spicy food? For
different foods, numerous methods are used which make the difference
in their taste while eating. For instance, steam, bake or grill. All
these are methods of preparing the recipes in different ways that I
learnt from Meri Rasoi.
Baking:
It is a method of cooking in the oven. The temperature in the
oven for baking is in range from 300 up to 450 Fahrenheit. This
method for the cooking is mostly used for cake, pastries and others
that are prepared with a batter.
Roasting:
It is mostly used for the meats to make them more tender and
juicy. You can try this method to cook the leg of a lamb on a rack of
shallow pan.
Grilling:
It is also called broiling which is used through the
application of direct heat. Meal is cooked with the continuous flow
of heat. You need to slightly uncover the pan so that it will not
become too hot or will not damage the meal.
Frying:
It is perfect choice of all to prepare the meal if the person
knows properly when he/she should dip the meat in the hot oil. Flame
and oil should be regulated in proper way.
Steaming:
Special steamers are used to make the perfectly-steamed meat.
In this method, the color and taste is retained therefore it is
generally used by the cooks.
You can make your meal
more delicious, spicy and crispy as you like to eat. Choose any of
