Easy and Healthy Raita Recipes Prepare At Home

In Indian households, curd or yogurt is set invariably at home and is consumed daily. It is very beneficial for everyone to add curd in their food. Some people like to take plain curd, some like to eat sweet yogurt, some like to have raita which is prepared by adding some ingredients like tomato, cucumber, coriander, onion, boondi and many more. Several kinds of raita are prepared with different ingredients. Raita is like salad that complements each meal – rice, paratha, naan, polao, tandoori chicken and many more. Stir it well and add diced pineapple and again mix it. Before serving, sprinkle dried mint flakes, coriander leaves and other ingredients.
