Raita: All ingredients mint leaves,
onions, cucumber, green chili paste, sugar, mustard paste, red chili
powder and salt is added to the yogurt and it is mixed well. You can

Radish
Curd Raita: You can prepare delightful
and healthy raita also. Peel radish; cover it with salt and after
some squeeze all the water from it. Add salt in curd and churn it,
add grated radish in it. You can decorate this with red chili powder
and green chilies and coriander leaves.
Pineapple
Raita: Except spicy, the raita can be
sweet. You can prepare a pineapple curd recipe if you like to have
sweet yogurt. In bowl add yogurt, cumin seeds, cumin powder and salt.
Stir it well and add diced pineapple and again mix it. Before
serving, sprinkle dried mint flakes, coriander leaves and other
ingredients.
