How to Prepare Healthy Snacks with Bananas?

Everyone wants to keep themselves in shape. It is possible if they eat less but healthy diet. Snacks prepared with healthy fruits and vegetables are the best way to keep us fit and healthy. One of the healthy fruit is banana with which you can prepare the snacks that you can take with tea and anytime when you are hungry.

As we all know, bananas are good source of energy. These improve our mood and reduce the chances of depression. In stress, potassium level is reduced; eating banana can boost our level back up and relieves the stress. It acts as protective barrier against stomach acids. Bananas are high in iron and a great source of fiber for healthy digestive system. Many other benefits of eating this healthy fruit keep us in shape and far away from various health problems.

You can take these as snacks when you are hungry. I’ll suggest you banana wafers which are famous in India. These are prepared with unripe bananas.
